Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products, lashes, and lip products cannot be returned once opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted if the item:

Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
Alurën Beauty is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
