Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alurën Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to change it once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alurën Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
